Spotlight: Phoenix!

Jean’s been kinda always a positive character I think, even when she became ‘dark’ it was her love which brought her back. (I know not Jean clone etc…bah bah..point still stands! ;) )

I like the contrast between her old uniform and the revival as the phoenix. Kinda fun.

Spotlight: Birds of Prey!

Now it took me the longest time to come up with a phrase for Huntress so even though I’ve had Babs and Dinah done for a while I haven’t been able to do a Birds of Prey picture. But now with Huntress done (posted a few hours ago) Birds of Prey can go up!

No one is putting any of them in binders. Just try it, I DARE YOU. ;)

Spotlight: Huntress!

Little Helena Bertinelli and her awesome grown up form of Huntress. I thought showing Helena as a kid was important to show how she turned a tragedy into her own strength. (Like Batman…yes I know she was originally his daughter and is now again)

Shes wearing her outfit from the fashback of her origins in Justice League.

Spotlight: Stephanie Brown aka Spolier aka Robin aka Batgirl!

Now I don’t know much about Stephanie like other characters but I do know she has a loyal fanbase and that she was the first female Robin within continuity. I read up a bit on her and she seems to always come back more mature and stronger in every iteration of her character. At this rate she should be Nightwing next and then eventually take over for Bruce!

I also did read her run as Batgirl and was sad to see it go. It was good! And she screwed with Damian..;)

So with this piece you get the strength of three Heroes embodied in one girl!

(These multiple figure pieces are killing me…:D )

Spotlight: Ms.Marvel!

Now I didn’t know enough about Ms.Marvel, beyond Rouge taking her powers and being a sometime ally of the X-Men, to come up with a word for her but I did want to do a poster for her and lilyinblue on deviant art mentioned I should read her latest series (before the current one). So I found it and I did.

So hopefully I’ve done Carol justice and she seems like she never gives up till she’s victorious.
